8 Ways To Scare Telemarketer

Do you have the experience that receiving calls from telemarketer in your life? I've faced few times and my friends too. My friend received an email and share this with me, he has tried out the tips that given in the email, it's worked!

Who is telemarketer? Telemarketer is those people who call you to sell their products or services. I've received few calls in the past few days, I did pass the call to my friend, he helped me to entertain them. I've found few ways to scare the telemarketer, some of them are what my friends taught me, 8 life tips :

1) Ask him to speak slowly

- Ask the telemarketer to speak as slow as he can, tell him that you want to write down every word he says. I believe that 80% of telemarketer will scare of you, because they don't want to leave any evidence for you in case you want to sue him (If anything happen)

2) Greeting

- When he tell you his name, you greet him as your old friends :"Hei Andy, long time no see ar! You still alive ar? I thought you moved to UK with your family already? How are you recently ??"

I believe that he might get stunned and think when you know him.

3) Request To Marry

- After he promotes his products and services, ask him/her to marry you before you can sign up the services or buy the products.

4) Ask

- Everytime telemarketer calling, they will ask you :"Are you Ah Beng?". Why always they ask but we don't ask? Don't give them chances to ask, so you must ask them first. Ask them :"What's your name? Where you stay? Where's your company located? How long you've been working there?". Ask him until he gives up.

5) Jokes

- If he ask you :"Are you Ah Beng?", you act as his friend and say :" Don't play la Ah Ching, I know is you la. Eh how are you? How's your brother? His leg got broken or not?"

6) Ask for dating

- After he/she promote his/her products or services, tell him/her you don't have boyfriend/girlfriend, ask him/her whether can be your girlfriend or boyfriend or not?

7) Bull Shit

- If he ask you :" How are you?". You just answer him with bull shit :"So far so good lar, my dog born a few puppies, do you want one or two? Haih, my gold fish dead because my cat eat them. My wife don't want me, my car stolen, my house burned last night! My ...." Bull until he gives up.

8) Ask for phone number

- Ask him/her to give you his/her phone number/home number, so that you can date him/her out in future. He/she will try to give you his/her company number, say you only want their handphone number or home number. Tell him/her that you will listen what he/she said if he/she gives you his/her phone number to you, otherwise, say :"Bye Bye!"

My Thoughts

There are a lot of telemarketers calling everyday out there, they get our contact number from somewhere and hope you will be one of their customer. 99% of the marketers listen what you said with the above 8 ways, I gurantee that they will give up to promote their products or services.
